The default sizing for most products on Flexi Africa is in US sizes.

Please refer to the table for any potential sizing variations or clarifications.

To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

1. BUST

Measure around fullest part

2. WAIST

Measure around natural waistline

3. HIPS

Measure 20cm down from the natural waistline

Returning Items

If you need to request a return, please email sales@flexiafrica.com to start your request within 30 days of delivery. We have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes. You can view more about our policy here.

In certain cases, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you may be required to provide photos. In other cases, such as with higher value items (including a high-value item that is incorrect or arrived defective or damaged), you may be required to return the item to receive a refund.

In most cases to receive your refund, we’ll ask you to send the item back. If you are required to return an item, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Return Status

You can track the status of your return using the tracking number on the shipping label if one is provided. Once the item is delivered and scanned at the return center, you will be automatically refunded for the item. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of payment. 

If the tracking information shows that the item has already been delivered and you have yet to receive your refund after 14 business days. For more information please email sales@flexiafrica.com
