Updating & Cancelling an Order
As a consumer located in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from any contract to purchase goods, for any reason, within 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. This right can be exercised with the seller of the item you purchased.

How do I cancel an order?
Since orders begin processing shortly after they've been placed, there is a limited window for cancellation requests (usually 3 hours). To cancel an item, please go to email info@flexiafrica.com with the product title, product URL and reason for cancellation.
How will I get refunded when I cancel an item?
Depending on your payment type, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Refunds to a card can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Please keep in mind that for many cancellations, the cancellation occurs prior to the charge being captured.
Why was my order cancelled?
In the case of a rare occurrence, it’s possible that the store was out of stock in the item you purchased. As a result, we cancelled your order and issued you a refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of payment.

The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?
We understand how important it is to get the right item and how frustrating it can be when it’s out of stock.
If the item you want is unavailable through the listing you’re currently viewing, we recommend using the search feature to look up the product name. Many stores on Flexi Africa offer the same or similar items, so you may find what you’re looking for in stock at another store
How do I report a copyright or trademark infringement?
A report can be made if there is a potential copyright or trademark infringement by emailing info@flexiafrica.com. Make sure to provide all required information, as well as any other details that you think could help expedite a resolution.
How do I report inappropriate content?
You should only report an item to us if it violates one of our policies. Some examples of “prohibited” listings include, but are not limited to, product listings that infringe on the intellectual property of others, product listings for illegal items, and product listings for recalled toys.
