To track your parcel:

3. Enter your tracking number to view the latest carrier updates.

Tracking not updating yet?

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement after dispatch. If your order has not updated after that period, contact us at support@flexiafrica.com.

Most orders arrive within approximately 8–20 business days from the order date, including normal processing and transit time. Customs, carrier disruptions, public holidays and remote locations may cause delays.
